The first thing you need is to be a very proactive and responsible person and of course an animal lover 🐶🐱❤️ In order to register as a new user on the app, you must first answer to a short questionnaire, located on the 'Contact' tab of our page. Enjoy your experience!

If a dog is lost in your custody, follow the following guidelines to ensure the dog meets the owner safe and sound:

1. If a dog is lost during a walk, do not panic. Do not run behind the dog, shout or make quick movements because the dog may think you are playing. Duck or come slowly and quietly, use a tone of affectionate voice to come to you. It is a good idea to always have handmade sweets to attract the dog.

2. Stay in the area for 20 minutes, repeat sounds or commands with which the dog is familiar and wait to see if it returns.

3. If you have not returned in 20 minutes, call the local authorities immediately (local police, municipal kennel)

4. Inform the owner of the dog after warning the disappearance to the authorities, explain the situation and show him that you have the situation under control.

5. Call the local veterinarians, protectors, kennels, pet stores and dog groomers. Maybe they have seen the dog.

6. Post posters with photo in the shops of the area, portals and leave them in the mailboxes, posts and areas where people usually take their dogs for a walk.

7. If it does not appear, publish the disappearance in webs to look for lost pets like Buscamascota or Mr. Dog, there are also numerous groups in social networks where you can publish a photo and information about the dog. Inform family and friends.

Important! To prevent a dog from getting lost, make sure you wear the collar when you leave. Never, ever, you must remove the dog's identification tag or collar.
